I'll add my welcome. Don't expect too easier a ride in here though. We're not subjected to the obsessive moderating that seems to happen on WMW, so you will probably get told in no too uncertain terms when we think G has screwed up. (at least I don't think TOPS30 et al are overly obsessive).
