I know this is an off-topic thread but I do need some input from you guys (most of you are generating some income from Adsense).

Recently I acquired this domain and parked it with Sedo, last night I received an offer to buy @ 265. My question is.....should I take the offer or reject it?

    Any thoughts? Many thanks!

    265 what? apples? cents? Lire?
It all depends on how much time you plan to spend on your site.
The domainnamne is just one part of the site. A good domain name and bad content wont make any money...

If the offer is serious, personally I'd take it and count my winnings. Assuming you registered the domain normally (i.e. you didn't buy it from someone else), you'll have made over $200 (I'm guessing you're quoting prices in USD) from doing nothing. That's a pretty good ROI. ;)

Unless you had some big plans for it, just say he can have it for $400.

The end price will be somewhere between $400 and $265.
