    The easiest way is to apply for adsense with your new business and this website you mention. If you will be accepted, then everything should be ok I guess.

    Please first read the google's guidelines in this regard and see if your website comes up as per its qualification criteria. Only then apply for it. Else your website and account will be disqualified once again.
