    yes you actually need special permission to run more then one Adsense account.

    You can use one adsense account on unlimited sites/blogs but you can not put 2 adsense account ads on the same site/blog. also make sure the number of ads you put on blog. dont put it over the limit of 3 ads blocks 3 links units 1 affiliate and 1 search box.
