    What do you exactly need?

    1. Sign up.
    2. Wait when your website will be approved.
    3. Copy the adsense code to the place in your website where you want to display the ads.

    ...and now start to promote your website and get traffic which will earn you real money.

    try to watch the tutorials related to google adsense..they are free from google..
