    Do a search on Google for, say, cars. The sponsored links that appear on the right and (sometimes) at the very top of the page are AdWords ads. You can place these ads on your own Web site, in which case they are known as Adsense ads.

    Adsens is something like when people click on your ads, you will get paid.
    Adwords is something like when people click on your ads, you have to pay per click.
