And note that before you try to contact them, you probably should make sure your site complies with the Adsense program policies. You don't seem to have a privacy policy for example, and that could get your account banned.
There is not direct contact to the adsense team. From your post I'm assuming you have submitted an appplication which has been rejected? If this is the case please post your url and someone may look at youe site and offer advice on a way forward.
