    Tip #1: Read and comply with the rules.
    Pretty elementary, but you'd be surprised how many people do not and then complain when they get banned.

    How do i get customer service help without a publishers ID. Everytime i submit a help ticket it asks for an ID. I don't have an ID because i can't access my account. I can't access my account because i need assistance to get a verification email...what do i do?
