There is no such thing. You can use adsense everywhere. There are no special WordPress themes that are better than others for adsense.
There are 100's if not 1000's WordPress themes out there. What kind of layout you use depends on what your content is and how you want to present it. May as well start at the usual places, I'm sure you'll find something you like: Woothemes.com themeforest.com solostream.com rocketthemes.com elegantthemes.com mojothemes.com templatic.com pagelines.com Let your content dictate your theme, not the other way around. for instance, if you know that you can't keep up with a steady supply of quality images, don't use a theme that relies on large quality images.
why you are asking for such theme ? you can use any theme to install the code of adsense. how ever there are some themes that titled with adsense themes, not sure why they are Renamed with this name.
StudioPress puts out niche themes. Just create a blog and sticking adsense on it will not make you a lot of money with adsense. You need to experiment with ad placements every few months to find out what works best on your layout. You need a lot of traffic each day to your blog to make any money. Also you need original content. Don't try to create a autoblog with PLR articles or spun articles. You'll never get a good ranking in the search engines or get slapped by google.

There are in fact some themes out there that were created with optimal ad placement already researched and setup for you although you can easily create your own with shortcodes or plugins.
I do not recommend adsense themes for various reasons. When creating your ads, make sure the colors of the links in ads are the same as the links of your website, same for the background. Build sites for long term, focus on quality of the content, make sure the site has easy navigation. Embed ads in content, make sure they are not irritating users. Bounce rate is a huge factor in SEO today, it is better if the visitor spends more time on your site and clicks on actual links and not ads. You may get a lower CTR with a high quality website, but you will get way more traffic, the result, even tho the CTR is low the amount of clicks is higher, much higher. Cheers
