Adsense within iFrame on a local site

    Hi all,

    I know there are some topics about iframe and adsense, I searched them but the result didn't satisfy my question.

    This is the case, I have a for local website which contains some links to preinstall tools like phpMyAdmin or phpSysInfo. This site is installed on a VMWare Machine which can be downloaded freely.

    Now I want to place an iframe on the right side of this local website, which is loaded from an external source. This block may contain the adsense block.

    My question is if this is or can be legal, or is it against the TOS?
