    * Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
    * Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
    * Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
    * Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol

I contacted Google a long time ago about that specific line in the ToS and they said placing AdSense on a site with gambling-related articles was fine, as long as the site was not itself a casino or had online gambling, and I believe being affiliated with a casino was also disallowed.

You should of course contact them yourself to get an answer, because they can be fickle and you don't want to get in trouble :)

I didn't think that it was allowed but if Kadence was given the okay then maybe it is. I guess contacting google would be the correct route here.

You could become an affiliate of a casino-related site, for example a poker-site or something, in stead of putting adsense on your site. It wouldn't be very hard to find an affiliate system for casino-related stuff.

My sites were disapproved from AdSense at first due to gambling content. I explained to them that the sites were for gaming related travel (Vegas, Atlantic City etc) and they quickly approved it.

With the enactment of the 'Safe Harbor Act' forcing Neteller and most online casinos to bail from marketing towards US players (where the majority of poker players are from) the bottom has dropped out of the online casino referral/affiliate business.

If you're truly interested in doing online gambling I suggest you check out the GPWA forums... kinda like DP for online casino webmasters.

If your content are gambling why you don't use casino affiliate banner. I think it may be high returns

My poker site was recently (about two weeks ago) denied by Google for gambling content. They said sites that have links to online poker rooms and casinos are not permitted to use AdSense.

basically, google doesn't partner with sites that are gateways or advertisers of online gambling. if you have a sites about the games themselves - poker, blackjack etc - or about land based legal casinos (vegas, riverboats etc) you should be ok. once you throw online casino affiliate programs on your site - they'll bounce you.

in the past i had affiliate banners for party, poker room and others, but I found their designs to be garish and ugly plus they didn't perform very well (and this was at the height of the poker craze a few years ago). I eventually decided to re-appropriate that ad inventory for adsense and other opportunities.
