adsense with background color, violation TOS? (urgent)

    i want to place adsense in my blog http://golf-drive-swing.blogspot.com
    my blog use image as background color.
    in the css :

    body {
    background: white url(images/bg.jpg) repeat-x;
    font: 11px tahoma, verdana, sans-serif;
    color: #F4B79A;
    padding: 20px;
    text-align: center;
    }

    can i add google adsense in my blog? is't violation google adsense TOS?

    adsense beside an image --> violation TOS, how about it?
    my blog use an image as background, so adsense will show upon an image, so...?

    It is only a TOS violation, when the image is used in such a manner, that it appears to be related to the ads.

    I believe that it would only be against TOS if the image was being used to encourage clicking on the ads, like putting related images next to each ad displayed. But, none of us here can tell you the absolute correct answer. Email google and ask them to be sure. It's better to take 5 minutes now to clear it up, then get banned later on...
