    No, Adsense is designed to go on several sites, that's why they let you set up channels.

    HOWEVER, the second (or any other site) must be compliant with the adsense terms and conditions and you have to self assess that. If not and if Google manually check (or someone reports you) and you are in breach of terms and conditions --> ad serving suspended (or if really bad, account is banned)

    You should 1st include the site to the adsense account, where you want to show your add. If google approve that site, then you can go for the adsense add to your site.
