That is a substantial increase in earnings from one day to the other, so I'm pretty sure that Google will be paying attention to your website/s and the traffic coming in. If discovered that the clicks were invalid, you simply will not be paid for them. But I doubt that your account will be banned unless they suspect that you are involved somehow. I suggest you take the following steps, not only to protect your Google Account, but to prevent further unsuspecting victims from receiving viruses online through that bogus website.

    1. Notify Google of the website that is spreading the virus so that they know you're not involved.
    2. Try to contact the owner of that website that advise them that if they do not take down the website within 24 hours, you will report and sue them for copyright infringement.
    3. If the website continues to be live online, contact the authorities, and take action against whoever copied the content of your website and spreading the virus. Chances are they are working on an identity theft scam.

    Best of luck to you.

Not also sure if it against their TOS. Much better if you review again their TOS.

Don't take any chances and report to google. If you wait too long it may be harder to prove that you were not a part of this scheme.
