Adsense will ban me for this?

I usually make about 4€ a day, but yesterday I got 30€+ without doing anything.
I decided to investigate what happened using "analitics" and I found that the extra trafic came from a website that were refering mine.

The problem is, when I check that website it was a scam! someone made a copy os my gaming website but instead of loading the games when you click on them it downloads a virus!

I already try to delete the ads I use in this website but I can't find how to do that!
You think I should report this to google? I use the "report issue" link from adsense page or there is a better way to do that?

I'm really scared to lose my adsense account! please help me

I'm not sure what the question is here? Your ad is being displayed on the other website? Edit your settings, you can make it show the ads only run from your domain.

You can also report it to Google.

The setting you want is 'allowed sites', make sure only your sites are there. Then if google does query you tell them the truth, that someone copied your site and you set up the allowed sites list because you saw their site in your logs.

i think google will not banned your account for that , be sure that google will analyse your traffic and clicks and if that clicks was fraud that will be a prob if they are valid clicks than it'll be fine .

You should not wait any more. Just report it to Google before any thing occurring. If you Adsense account will ban, then you can to get it back.

Google has sophisticated technology to identify fraud but it would be better if you become a good boy, let them know what happened.

Remove your ads temporarily and see what happens in a week.

He's stated in his first post that the clicks appear to be coming from a site tricking users to download a virus. So the source isn't really "good".
