    Yes of course he can receive payments but he must have your NIC and the code from your adsense

    I am not sure about it.

    I always go myself to get the payment. I guess you can't do it for security reasons (Not Sure).

    I suggest you go to any WU agent and ask him.

    anyone can receive payments from western union but he/she must have ur NIC and adsense code ,then its not necessary for u to go and receive payments

    I think, No.. He have to sign as well. If the account is from your name then you have to go at WU office and show them your NIC and have to signature as well for records.
