Is is preferable to make a content only site for adsense or to include regularly updated content section to a professional site.

Pagerank is not directly related to visitors. It is just one of many factors for ranking and getting visitors, but regularly updated content will get your site crawled more frequently by bots.

Maybe this was coincidence, but at the moment when my site had RSS feeds that were updated hourly, it was crawled and indexed by Googlebot quite frequently (about once a day) and the site has PR4 at that moment.

see mate as far as my knowledge.. we are building just pages with informaiton and content.. so there should not be any viloations.. if we make someone to click on ads or if we make duplicate contents.. etc.. tricks than it should be violation

correct me if i am wrong.. just personal thoughts

Yes, I've been wondering about this for some time. Where do we draw the line? If MFA is a violation, shouldn't tricks like blending be considered violations as well?

[1] never encourage or give offers to people to click on google ads
[2] never use any other trick to click on google ads
    [3] always use fresh content
    [4] always use new layout
[5] never click on your own ads

these are simple guidance follow them you will never banned

if u open a site .. condering adsense.. than its not problem.. you can fill your own content but just follow above guidlines :)

    hope i am clear :)

Everyone is telling the same thing. But isn't it wrutten in the GOOGLE TOS that you cannot build a site specifically for adsense. If you create a website with only content and ADSENSE ads doesn't it mean that you have made a site specifically for adsense??

Although I don't have any quotes from Google, it's been long suggested that Google's indexer will visit sites that change frequently more often than sites that don't. It's likely an optimization in the indexer. Why waste time visiting the millions of pages that haven't changed in years.

You can do both. Forums are great for automating unique updated content, but take some time to get started.

Creating content and having ads on the content page is not a violation of TOS. I don't think Google would mind if you create pages or sites with a goal of generating income. Just do it honestly.

The built for adsense pages they would object to are pages that have a title, some hidden text or other tricks, and a page covered with ads. I have seen some that have ads made to look like the top menu, ads that look like a left navigation bar, and ads looking like content. There was no real content, I assume Google catches these easily enough.

Review what Google has their help section. They do advise on blending and placement for maximum clickthrough on your honest site.
