    I'm selling the website http://www.rent-a-car-malaga.net
    It's a decent domain name and unique content.
    The main keyword "rent a car malaga" has over 60k broad searches and 2400 exact searches a month. The niche has lots of potential.
    There are many possible other keywords to target.

    The website has almost no traffic since I have not done a lot of backlinking and other promotions. I have not posted a lot of content, too.
    For the last 12 month it has adsense revenue of about $8 (about 15 visitors a month).
    The average CTR is 7.58%, average earnings per click - $0.50

    I don't have time to focus on getting traffic to the website. So I'm selling it.
