Adsense Website, Blog or regular Website

I have to disagree here. There are still many things on earth to be discovered. For example, maybe I have my own original theory on how the pyramids were built. Or maybe I just invented the ultimate mouse trap. Maybe I want to talk about how I overcame depression or defeated cancer.

I get the impression that you think of content in terms of current events and everyone is just re-hashing that information in their own words.

Not every stone has been turned over and true original content is only limited by your imagination.

 

Oh, and to answer the original question. I do mostly websites, then add a blog to it later if it's appropriate. I've never regretted doing the website first then the blog, but have regretted doing the blog first in the root folder.

If you really want to start with a blog, put it in a sub-folder and leave a pointer to in from your root folder. That way you can always go back and put a website up without disturbing your blog.
