This is a friendly reminder ---

today i got an email from adsense saying that they disabled my ad to a page that I had parked with smartname

Smartname allows you to add adsense code to your parked domain - so i thought it would be ok - turns out google did NOT like that and banned all ads to that domain

So if you have domain parking that incorporates adsense - be careful!

It's probably due to Google wanting it's publishers to use Adsense for Domains, rather than using another domain parking provider.

Good looking out, might be a problem with the specific domain though?

From when had you parked your domain? I mean, from how long?

Be careful when using SmartNames. I've had a few domains deindexed because I had them parked with SmartNames.

I don't know if that was the problem or not. I forgot which domain got the boot but just make sure that if you have anything even slightly questionable - remove adsense from it.

this is something new to me - I have not had this problem happen to me yet, and i hope it doesn't since I have a few domains that rank in the top 5 in google.
