    Read the post email guys

They gave an excerpt from it

Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads in
any way. This includes any implementation that may encourage accidental
clicks, such as placing ads near flash games or navigation bars, or
placing ads and site links extremely close together.

Pull out the ads immediate and then reexamine your website.

Remove any AdSense code from temporarily and redesign your layout. You can also contact Google after that.

Google is always strict regarding its guidelines to place ads. My website has already been banned from adsense because i didn't took thier email seriously. I will suggest you to go through thier guidelines once and then change the way you have placed your ads.

yup, it is better to be safe. Remove your website from the adsense , re-layout , read google adsense policies properly and then again submit your website to adsense.

    To you and the TS

Just change your ad placement to fit Google's T.O.S.
    No major redesign necessary.
