yes but some offers are free... so converting might not be a problem much ;) you see... some offer only require email submissions to get lead and some filling some forms and become free members, etc...

    Hi Galapagos,

yes, to put it simply with CPA you get paid only if your visitor makes an "action", most often it is a "sale", but like ucretsiz already said you can also be paid for free trials, email submissions, etc. It may looks less interesting than being paid for a click only (PPC), but believe me if you do your things right a few CPA commissions are well worth many PPC clicks! Anyway, try both, PPC is easy money, but CPA can be your bread and butter :).

To find some affiliate programs, yes take a look at CJ - Commission Junction - I love Linkshare too, I don't use ShareASale but it is one of the easiest to use, many others networks, take a look at the affiliate program section here on DP for more info. Good luck!

peterzeller: Which programs do use on linkshare? there are mostly pay per sale programs... do u use any pay per lead offers there? I am member of linksahre for over 7 years but to be honest I do not use it for last 5 years at least! They had good lead offers once upon a time but not nowadays :( If u use pay per lead offers from linkshare could u let me know please...

Yes they have some pay per lead programs, like cash advance, insurance, credit reports, etc. The trick is that these offers are available on their "lead advantage" section only, and you have access to this section on invitations only! You can try to apply too but good luck! Anyway, to be honest, I've never tried any lead advantage program, but some of the most popular seems to be there. Some examples: QuickenLoans, CashNetUSA, CustomHouse(Western Union), USMedialSupplies, USInsurance, etc.

Now sorry but if you have more specific questions I think it would be better to do this in another thread ;)

galapagos you should really try yourself since one converts well doesnt fit to others... You see peterzeller is using linkshare but I do not use it for last 5 years since there is not many option for my niche/content sites. But on the otherhjand maybe peterziller can't find any profitable product to promote on roirocket or shareasale, cj etc :(
So the best thing just give them a try... sign up process is easy indeed and browse through the offers to find best deals for your visitors... generally best deals for general content sites are getpaid to fill out surveys, dating sites and lottery/gaming offers ;) by the way, adsense, chitika and kontera combination still works fine ;)
