Hi After trying both things for over 6 months we realized that Adsense is much better than CJ. Atleast with adsense you get a regular stream of money whereas with CJ you wait too long and clicks are really low... We want to know if other people agree with this comment? Is our observation correct?
You just need correct methods of promoting the CJ based programs and you will get even more - on the other side if also depends on your website niche - if you have content based website and want advertisement - then adsense will work right for you... hope it helps...
