Adsense vs Adbrite

    I have been trying different tests with both on my websites, and it looks to me like adbrite pays off faster...

    On one site, I did $1.21 with adsense in 1.5 weeks. and in another site, with adbrite, I did 35$ in 1.5 weeks.

    I don't know but this leads to me ask you the question, which is better?

    I think you answer your own question...

    Just depends on the site. Put them in rotation and you can see for yourself.

    Lol shoemoney, I agree that I answered my own question but that was from my experience, I'm asking this because there's so much hype over adsense it looks to me it's better then adbrite. :eek:

    Since you can change adbrite's ad looks (at least I think so from the source code) to make them blend better than adsense (font, colors and no Ads by Adbriiiiiiite label)
    Did you do anything special to your adbrite blocks?

    there are times and sites adbrite is better some times and some sites adsense is better.

    I like adsense for its contextual ads, and adbrite for site targeted ads. So, i better run them both on my sites

    @senserely:

    lol... adbriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite... hehehe, Isnt that just frustrating?

    I love adbrite indeed because you can change the formatting in the code they provide. It helps to blend with the site, which indeed highers the CTR.

    It sure helped me...

    My question was more like: In general, does adbrite pay more then adsense? Or does this really depend on the advertiser's budgets?

    Also, I think that Adbrite gives you more for the clicks then google? Might I be wrong? I might think there is a commission thing behind all of this.

    I think your numbers are too low to draw a conclusion. You should try to increase your traffic.

    How much are you earning per click from Adbrite.

    I am earning quite low with Adsense on my games part of the site so would like to look for a better alternative.

    I already have cpm ads, but would also like a good text ads program that pays better on a gaming site than Adsense.

    If you get tonnes and tonnes of page impressions and have a too low ctr i think adbrite compensates you something, on the other hand adsense pays only if you get clicks { not in the case of CPM - which the advertiser has to specifically advertise on your site }

    I wouldn't think Adbrite would compensate you something if you CTR is to low after getting lots and lots of impressions unless they pay by CPM. I say this because if that was the case then someone could join Adbrite and then advertise their site on autosurf programs and stuff just so they can knock up their impressions to get compensated.

    With CPM networks you normally earn on a CPM basis, but you have to get a minimum percentage of clicks or you break their guidelines and will then most probably be out.

    How much does Adbrite pay per click and can you definately have them both on the same pages of your site even if you use the RON ads in adbrite.
