Adsense violation.

Well I was just browsing around central pets, and came across a.... VIOLATION!
Oh yes, you heard it right.

If you click on the "rate" button next to the links, a window will popup. At the bottom of the window is an adsense block.

As adsense states, they are not allowed in popups.

 

Ok...so report it to google...

 

this gonna be banned sooner or later without a doubt

 

I think they will only get a warning. Established sites like this one always get a second chance.

 

Yea, I'm just being picky
It's not often you see established sites with adsense violations. I don't want to report them, I just wanted to share my findings.

 

I don't see that's it's such a big deal... also, I don't think this is what google had in mind to prevent when they said no Adsense in popups. I think they meant automatic pop-ups or pop-unders when you visit a site. The way it is on centralpets is more like part of the site content and whole visitation experience.

i dont think its a violation of tos ,
by not allowing adsense in pop ups means that u cant place ad on a page that brings traffic through other networks by getting popped up there

Why don't you just report your tos violation opinion to the website owner? They may throw you a bone for the help!
