I use adsense video mainly as content filler for particular pages. If my other copy is short compared to my side section, a theme related adsense video often fills in the gap at the bottom. And the videos do offer some benefit to the visitor. I get minor revenue generated from adsense videos used in this way. Note that I am not highlighting these videos as they normally end up at the bottom of the page.
