AdSense - URL Shortener Allowed?

I'm looking for a way to monetize my URL Shortening site. I'm thinking when the person clicks on the short link, they are taken to a webpage that shows and advertisement and says "You will be redirected in 5 seconds". Then a javascript would push them to their destination page. Would this be violating Google's Terms of Service? It seems like it would be iffy, but there would be no iframes or incentives to actually click the ad.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!

this is a very good question, I'm curious about this one. Also, I wonder if the redirects will affect an AdSense account.

I don't think you can do it since they say you should put adsense only on pages with content.
