everytime I visit my adsense account my ad units doesn't all show up active. Sometimes there are only 3 or 4, then there was a time all were showing active. I have around 10 units, is this normal?
No, I adhere to the TOS, what I mean is that my adsense units are showing inactive in my adsense account not on my website. When I go to manage ads in my adsense account, most if not all of the adsense units I created are showing inactive. There was an instance when all of them showed active.
I had the same issue, bottom line was the ads were actually actively bringing in income but showing as inactive. im sorry i cant remeber why it was but i remeber it still had cash flow
