Recently a reader on my blog commented on one of my post that it's against AdSense Policy to put the ads under the post title. Now this is the first time I've heard about this. Either I missed this before or Google has changed their policy. Is this true?
You can put adsense there, but bear in mind you cannot make the title of the post impose the ads are not ads, like in the example on the adsense blog, but as I bet your post titles are about what you are really posting about, then no, there is no problem.. If you are worried about it, you can write "Sponsored Ads" over the ads, just under the title, that would make it clear it has nothing to do with the title..
You must clearly differentiate between an Ad and a Header. People rarely do it, but it's considered to be part of the entire webmaster ethics sections (which no one bothers to read)
Alright, cheers guys I'll try playing around with the repositioning and maybe put the ad at the bottom of my post instead
Adsense below headline is the golden position. You have no need to change the position, if you really care about it, add an image "Advertisement" or plain text between the title and adsense will safe the day!
I did notice the CTR went up when I moved it under the Post Title.. so yeah, maybe I think I'll keep it there Gabung, you should read the link on the second reply. It's not against TOS although Google doesn't recommend it for ethical purposes, etc
