ADSense under page title

    If you put ADSense block under page title like this example and many more on the web, do you think it would be against TOS as it might look like you have a title for Ads other than Advertisement?

    no its legal, i read somewhere that labnol is a big maker through adsense.

    its not against TOS but could be a breakthrough and clikzone if you place your ads below title. Usually i prefer link unit...
