Adsense Turned Off

    Hello,

I own a website where as of Friday, adsense has been turned off. I have not recieved any emails from Google about non-compliance, breach of TOS, etc. My adsense account is not turned off, and I can still log on and see earnings generated from another of my sites. The ads just no longer appear on the site. I've emailed Google several times and received nothing in response. I've placed other ad systems as a temporary patch, but I am not earning anything close to what I was with adsense. I'd appreciate any thoughts on what I might be able to do to remedy this, or other advertising systems that are second to Google that I might be able to sign up for while I fix the adsense issue. Thanks in advance.

Do you have other websites that you can try the Adsense on? Maybe they banned the url or you. Not sure.

The same adsense account is used on a separate site, and those are still appearing, so this likely is specific to my one website. Is it common for Google to do this without contacting you first? Also, any suggestions on other advertisers to sign up with to replace adsense in the interim?

Sounds like what happened to me. You'll get the ban/appeal email in a few days, and no valid explanation. If you were in violation, then I have no pity. If like me, you got hosed, than fight and good luck!

I have been experiencing the same situation since last Friday too. Though, I have been receiving PSAs only on some pages of my web site. The Ads kept showing normally on other pages, as well as other web sites. As Google, did not answer your emails, I guess that I should not bother to contact them.

I hope it is just related to some system upgrade.

Doesnt sound good. You might hear from them soon. You can then appeal and fix whatever issues they have if they will let you. As for other contextual ad programs. There is really nothing at Adsenses level but there is Yahoo, Kanoodle, etc.

Thanks for all those who tried to offer suggestions. I received an email today from google letting me know they looked into the problem, fixed it, and now ads display on my site. Wonderful news! I just wish it didn't take 12 days for them to contact me. It's a bit ridiculous. But I guess there is a happy ending. Again, thanks!
