Well, I thought it was pretty straight forward but here it is step by step:

I specify the average PPC per each channel I want to have -> at certain time intervals (or let's say every 1000 page views), the script gets information from adsense reports and figures average PPC for each channel -> if it meets my criteria, then the script will serve 100% of Adsense. If not, it will serve only a portion, depending how far the PPC is from my target.

Now, I don't really expect it to improve the PPC. However, most of my sites weren't designed solely for Adsense, so I do want visitors to stay there for what they came there for. As a webmaster I know how much effort it takes me to attract visitors and I'm simply not willing to let them leave my page by clicking on an ad for less than what I think it's worth.

I told them I worried about click fraud and would do anything to avoid it, so maybe that's why they didn't complain?

Anyway, have anybody been banned from AdSense by using Adlooger or similar? I think it's a great tool for avoiding click fraud, so I can't see why Google should complain.

It isn't about making sure Adlogger doesn't affect the max number number of clicks. For me it's about making sure Google doesn't start thinking about click fraud if some crazy user goes berserk.
