AdSense Tracker - Question on ways to track your Adsense account

Hello Everyone;

I've been an AdSense member for a few months, and although I think AdSense as a whole is great, the account management/control panel is lacking, in my opinion.

Especially in the area of tracking CTR's, Keywords and generating custom reports, all of this is pretty limited from what I can tell.

Does anyone know of any legitimate/legal software programs or 'add-ons' that can help one maximize their AdSense account and earnings? Kind of like the few options out there to help you manage your eBay account?

Worth every penny

Some times the stats don't jive with official results, but it will give you an idea of what size and color ads people are clicking on and which ads they click on.

- How long have you been using it?

- Have you seen any significant gains since implementing this software product?

- What about the 'Keyword' stuff, is that pretty accurate?

I have been using Adsense Tracker for about a year and find it to be a great tool. It logs most of your clicks (well over 90%) and gives details like referers, keywords, hours, ad format/color, IP address, ad (name and link), etc. It did point out to me what countries outside the US were important to me. It also let me know that I needed to stick with Adsense instead of going with YPN (us clicks only).

It lets you drill down into a lot of areas to better understand your clicks and where to focus your SEO and SEM work.

This is exactly the kind of feedback I'm looking for, thanks so much! So the software is around $97, I guess it's way worth it.

In terms of making your current 'sites' MORE successful, would you say it had a great impact in that way?

The software looks awesome, just for the 'tracking' tools, but I wonder the overall impact it can have to make a site more successfull.

I use www.addfreestats.com for tracking adsense clicks

 

I find it to be a great tool.

 

You can get get Adspy for half the price of AdSense Gold and does all the same stuff. If you are looking for a free one but still works well is Adlogger. You definately need to track your stats to know how improve you pages as you go either way.
