    No.
    It's against TOS to label the ads as you did.
    You can only label them as sponsored links or Advertisements.

    I believe you have to remove this part:
    WWE Wallpapers

    But i'm not sure...I guess it's borderline now as you have it...

    No you can't do that, putting adsense basically in frames with titles isn't allowed, also disgusing them is against TOS so watch out.

    Borderline and risky.
    I'd consider changing that. In fact you won't get a higher CTR just because you have it that way. ;)
