I found a blog violating Adsense TOS, That guy is violating terms by putting ads near images.... you can see screenshot below
He's probably OK, because the one large image isn't aligned with the individual ads, and there is a line that separates the ads from the image. See here for what is not allowed: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=105960
I'm pretty sure Nonny is correct. It is clearly an ad. The person put a line separating it from the post. I noticed it right away. The thing is, the picture in the post does not necessarily make a person want to click on it, so why would the ad next to the picture make somone want to click on it? Also, most people will recognize it's an ad becuase the ad is clearly not related to the post other than it is clearly trying to sell you a tv. The picture next to the ad doesn't make it seem like you should click on the ad next to it. I think the TOS problem is when someone puts an image next to a text contextual ad making it look like a thumbnail or something related to the ad link. I don't really know though...
Why do you worry about others site buddy? there are no.of sites which violate adsense TOS. can you track all those?? its for google to find out.
Well to let you know it is perfectly lright about image/ad theory.. But what isn't right is that the ads are displayed Watch Tv series kind of site. That's against TOS..
I do think it is violating the Adsense TOS as you can clearly distinquish the advert from the picture.
