Adsense TOS Question.

Ok Let's say that one of my site gets banned from the adsense program because I didn't follow the TOS.

Let's say I make another domain with the same information of that site and the same exact copy but put it on a different domain.

Now The first site will have the same homepage, but instead the buttons will be linking to the new site. (So that means there is one copy of the site, on one domain)

This way the traffic diverts from the main site to the new site. It's like forwarding a domain, but I don't want to forward it because it's ranking good in search engines.

So what do you think will I get banned? Or what?! :D

I think the AdSense people will spot what you are doing and probably ban your other site too.

Yes, you will be banned as soon as they see what's going on.
Better loose some search engine ranking than being banned after working hard and earning 100$.

But what am I doing wrong? I don't get it.

Ok let's say that you put an advertisment in a site and you get traffic from it.
That's is what i'm doing.. Diverting traffic...

Well King Man - if your new site follows TOS I think you should be fine. But wait a minute - if you don't follow TOS don't Google ban your account instead of banning one domain?

Google banned my site, but didn't ban my account..
I think I will be find if I make it look more like an advertisment to a new site.. then just place the buttons with links to the new sites.

Also I will cancel alot of the content from the old site.. So people when they won't find what they are looking for they will click directly on the banner or ad....

Let me see if I got this straight. Your original site was banned. You want to create a new domain and put all the old info on it. Why, pray tell, do you not think that the new site won't get banned for the exact same reasons as the first one did? Did I miss something? By doing that, you risk more than just a site being banned, you risk your entire account.

Did not google give you a more exact reason, besides "not following TOS" for beeing banned?

No No the site is totally 100% with the TOS.
But it's 50% the same information.
But what i'm saying is that the domain of the old site is ranked well in search engines.. and that i'm going to use to divert the traffic to my new site.

Please reread your initial post and you'll see why everyone here is a tad bit confused about what you're talking about. You start out saying Ok Let's say that one of my site gets banned from the adsense program because I didn't follow the TOS.

    So, what's the real story????
