Adsense TOS Check ... please

Hi everyone,

Someone brought it to my attention that I was violating adsense TOS.



It's a directory. A directories content is links..right

Well, I did email "G" to ask for a check. I really didn't want to do that.

OK..do you see the adlinks where the listing categories are? This is where this yak is saying I'm breaking TOS.

 

Don't know about directory list, but you might want to wait until you have some actual content there instead of links to categories that have nothing but Adsense ads. I'm sure that could be seen as putting Adsense on a site with no actual content; or in this case, no content yet.

 

The adlink unit looks fine to me. maybe you want the adlink unit on more pages though? At least I only see it on your index page.

EDIT: What Jack wrote is true about the lack of content, but the link unit placement is fine once you have content.

This is the SiteSift Directory Script. I was trying to help someone else figure out where to place ads. Ya know..figure out what pages to edit.

I'll figure out what other kind of content I can put on that index page. I've got a banner on the actual listing pages.
