    Why am i only receving $0.035 and $0.025 per google pack referal which is supposed to pay out $2.00

    I don't know why it's that low, but $2.00 is for certain areas of the world. Other countries will get 0.10cents in my experience.

    Indeed, payouts depend on the user's location.
