You are always going to have this issue with certain types of websites. I recently had a client on my free hosting website that blamed us for his email getting spam. However, his sub-domain name was mydatewithspam and if you read the content on his site it had to do with how to spam. I suspended his account and then he accussed us selling his email adress for which we did not. So these things are going to happen to you from time to time. Best to not worry about them and take them in stride no matter how frustrating they can be.

I was just reading back over this thread, as I've been testing some different formats & placement of Adsense on my forum - and thought I'd let you know that the Link Units are doing fairly well.

My forum is at http://www.selfstartersweeklytips.com/forum/ . I originally had a leaderboard below the header, above the fold. I now have a Link Unit just below the header, and then I have adsense at the top of the page on individual post pages. You wont see it site-wide, only if you click on an actual thread/post.

So far, these two are the best performers I've had in regards to Adsense on a forum.

    Always testing :)

For forums, the best for me is 250x250 in the first post with with a div align float right statement, and then a large square at the bottom of the page.
