    The clicks could be on public service ad. They might not have any ads for your topic or ads are new and google has not shown any paid ads yet.

    Give it some time they do pay but when you first sign up they want to give it a chance plus it takes some time for them to show you what you've earned its not real time.

    I (almost)always supply an alternate URL in case the ads don't show, that way I at least get a chance to push an affiliate program.

    I know what you mean but i still don't get how alternative URl work..
    Do you give google the url to the page with only the Banner/Ads alone? or do you give them the html code? :confused:

    congratulate, your first buck ya. keep it on, make in until 1000 per month. sometime adsense delay on updating, so stay tune.

    To use alternate URL first you must create an empty html document:

    <html>
    <head><title></title></head>
    <body>
    </body>
    </html>

    Now whatever you place between the BODY tags will be displayed when there are no adsense ads.

    I usually just put a banner in there or leave it blank until I figure something else out. You can also put ad code in there from another network.

    Cheers.
    Pete.

    Maybe those clicks were considered fraudulent.
    Things like this happen from time to time, you have nothing to worry about.

    Good luck!
