When you have uploaded adsense code, some pages show this message
    "The page cannot be found"

+ How many Banner (468 x 60) ads can you have on a single page?

you can have up to 3 ads per page !! no more .. no cheating and no iframes.

    * if adsense cant crawl your page you will get PSA (public service ads).
    * if you are banned you will get page not found on the ads spots (because your publisher ID is terminated, so its error page, not exist account).
    * or there is some kind of error or connection problems.

Yes it sometimes take time to show ads just after you add them so wait for a while and you can have 3 ads per page on your site/blog

You can use any size you want, as long as you limit it to 3 total ads per page. If you want three 300x250 ads on one page, that's fine.
