You can use text link ads with Adsense on the same page. Adbrite? Be careful when you do that.. or at least ask for approval from Adsense support before you implement both of them on the same page. If you are looking to diversify your sources of revenue then use adbrite on a different website all-together.

AdBrite is NOT contextual....Hence there is the ability to use it with AdSense. Let me know if you have any other questions. There are large sites that use adsense and AdBrite including answers.com and break.com if you wanted to see examples.

Adbrite assured me that there is no conflict with Adsense, but an Adsense rep. told me otherwise. You may want to get a written assurance from Google (so you can fall back on it later if necessary) before displaying Adsense with Adbrite. I would avoid anything that mimics Adsense, whether or not it's contextual.

AdbriteChris, back in March, 2005, the owner of your company appeared at WMW to clear up something which was posted at your (adbrite's) blog:

I don't want to repeat history here since it's already been talked about a lot of times. I completely understand that adbrite is in no way "contextual" and there are big publishers using it. I myself used adbrite once & I must say that you're doing a pretty good job there.

The reason why I wouldn't like to implement Adsense with Adbrite on the same page is because you never know when policies at G change. I'd rather try it on a different page, if not, a different website instead of implementing it on the same page and getting booted off adsense for using an ad network which, in 'their opinion' is a mimckry of Adsense.

Bidvertiser and Cliksor aren;t allowed because they mimic adsense

    Adsense with Nothing!!
You must not really ad anything else with Adsense - its adsense and nothing or dont put adsense on at all

The only exception is your own text ads i.e. not thrid party
I did spot somewhere on the Adsense site where it says affiliate text ads are OK

    But....

Basically if you want a good site - you dont want to flood everywhere with ads
Its the fastest way to make sure you site will achieve NOTHING!!

Always concentrate on content rather than splattering everywhere with ads
i.e. interesting articles you can easily write yourself - not content grabbed from other peoples sites

Yeah I agree with you. Why search for an alternative when there is Adsense ??

Adsense + Text link ads will be good enough and i agrees with flizz too...

text link ads can be placed anywhere in the site... in the footer also but adsense cannot be put in the footer as it's very important to make it very much prominent.
