Hi, i'm newbie on using adsense. I have a question about the design of text ads.

(Ads1) Is this ads below an adsense text ads?

(Ads2) I try to create from my adsense account and i get the default type text ads like this:

I want to custom the text ads design, change the position of "Ads by Google" at right bottom (ads2) to left top (ads1) and the url "www.ad-url.com" at the bottom (ads2) to the right side of the title(ad1). Is it possible?

In short, no. You aren't allowed to customise the ads in any way.

Premium Ad sites have special priveledges over and above normal Adsense serving sites. To be a Premium site you need a huge amount of traffic. I'm not sure what the exact minimum value is, but i'm sure you'll find the answer if you search these forums. :)
