Adsense Terms of Service: Help me find rules about stolen content

    Hi there,

Google's got some rules against running adsense on sites that steal their content right? Where are they in the terms of service? Can someone point me to the right place?

I am aware that Google's always running to catch up with people who do this, but I'm mostly just looking for the stipulation in the TOS that bars people from running adsense on sites that lift content.

    Thanks for your help DP!

It's quite clearly laid out in the Adsense Program Policies

In the US (and I believe most other countries) all text and photos are automatically copyrighted when they are fixed in tangible form - such as posting on a web site. That means stealing content is using copyrighted material without permission.
