Adsense Tax Question, need help!

I am a UK resident but i am stumped on a question. It is asking whether anyone is maintaining the publishers site in the US.

Would my Moderators count? Would i have to pay tax because of this?

 

I'm thinking you are the only one with (possible) tax liability, and a moderator is not liable.

Do you pay them, or are they helping?

 

I am not paying them, there are two moderators from the US but they are just helping out.
