Adsense Tax information problem.

    Hi,

    1. I am Not US citizen, I selected NO.

    2. Then it says "Do you own equipment in the U.S. related to your participation in AdSense?" I said YES.

    3. Then it asks "Please choose the description that best fits your business status:" I said " Intermediary, withholding foreign partnership, withholding foreign trust, or a flow-through entity (for example, foreign partnerships and foreign trusts)"

    After I click continue it shows me form, I am unable to fill that form, I can't understand that. HELP ME!!

    what kind of equipment you own in the U.S. related to your adsense site? if your site is a .COM site and you are hosting it with a U.S host, that doesn't mean you own any equipment in the U.S. for most foreign adsense publishers, answer to the 2nd question would be NO

    I agree with sultanofseo; unless you actually bought a physical server that's residing in a U.S. datacenter (i.e. you shipped a server to the U.S. for colocation), you don't own any U.S. based equipment, unless you somehow own real property here that you didn't mention in your post.
