    I'm a indian blogger. I'm selected this options. it is correct for submit AdSense Tax Information for blogger account.

    Please reply my payments are on hold mode. i was entered my PIN no. after that its asking "Please submit your tax information".

    if u have no us business activites select that option...then u need not enter any tax information
