Here are email conversations occurred between me and Adsense Support(Adsense policy enforcement) ******************************* Your Google AdSense account has been disabled By: Google AdSense Policy Enforcement Fri, Sep 18, 2009 Hello, We continually review all publishers according to our program policies ( http://www.google.com/adsense/policies ) and Terms and Conditions ( http://www.google.com/adsense/terms ). During a recent review of your account, our specialists found that it was not in compliance with our policies. It is important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on pages with little to no original content. Additionally, Google ads may not be placed on non-content-based pages. Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they are seeking. Please review Google's Webmaster Quality Guidelines ( http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769#quality ) for more information. As a result, your AdSense account has been disabled. You will receive payment for outstanding earnings, but we're no longer able to partner with you or your network of sites. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, The Google AdSense Team ******************************** My Reply: Wed, Sep 23, 2009 Dear Sir/madam I extremely feel sorry for disabling my account. However I always act as a responsible Adsense partner and not to contravene any of your policies. Because I have a good understanding of Adsense policies. I know that Adsense team always in alert of use of ads by it's publishers and the review is quite expert. In that manner I really appreciate if you can provide me the exact reasons for disabling my partnership and I confirms that I'll never publishing ads on Adsense-non-compliance web sites. Also I request you to reinstate my partnership with Adsense program because I have done many activiteis to promote my sites and I hopes to having a Google-Adwords account. Thank you for your time and consideration of the matter. Sincerly ca-pub-************* ****************************** Adsense Reply to above: Thu, Oct 1, 2009 Hello ******, As mentioned in our previous email, since your site was found to be in violation of our program policies, it is no longer eligible for participation in AdSense. Sincerely, The Google AdSense Team ****************************** My Second reply: Fri, Oct 23, 2009 Dear Google Adsense, Thanks for your reply. I understand the situation and accept your rejection. However you stated that I'm entitled to receive any outstanding earnings with Adsense. Before disabling of my account in Sept 25, my account balance exceeded 100$. Account banned end of September. At the time of I writing this mail I haven't received balance payments. I kindly asking you to consider about this and please disregard this message if you already sent me the payments. Best Regards. ******************************** Adsense 3rd reply to me: Tue, Oct 27, 2009 Hello, As you know, Google treats instances of invalid clicks very seriously. By disabling your account, we feel that we have taken the necessary measures to ensure that your site activity will no longer pose a risk to our AdWords advertisers. We understand that you may want more information about the activity we detected; however, because we have a need to protect our proprietary detection systems, we're unable to provide our publishers with any details about their account activity, including any web pages, users, or third-party services that may have been involved. Please note that due to this type of termination, any pending payments will not be sent. As previously noted, if you would like to appeal the disabling of your account, please contact us only through this form: http://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/request.py?contact=invalid_clicks_appeal&hl=en_US Sincerely, The Google AdSense Team ******************************** My 3rd reply: Fri, Oct 30, 2009 Dear Adsense team, I very much value your reply. Please note that my account is not disabled because of invalid click activity. As you said in first email my account has been disabled because of Policy Violation. So I think I need not to fill the form you directed me from previous email. I have the first email message you sent me that clearly states my account was disabled as Policy Violation and I'm entitled to the outstanding payments. as follows, "As a result, your AdSense account has been disabled. You will receive payment for outstanding earnings, but we're no longer able to partner with you or your network of sites. Thank you for your understanding. The Google AdSense Team" That's why I'm asking for you my outstanding balance. I also contacted some adsense related forums and some of people says they received the payments even after their accounts disabled. I very much know that Adsense not sent payments to Disabled accounts as of Invalid click activity. But You generally send payments to accounts that violated adsense policies. I also note that I worked with adsense so carefully and not deliberately violated policy requirements. So once again I'm asking for my payments outstanding and appreciates your attempt and time regarding this matter. Thank You. Sincerly ***************************** No Reply from Adsense thereafter.....
They don't pay If account is disabled.I have earned $150 in 2007 which has gone in water after getting Disabled.I never gone for Adsense again.
actually i see your sites and found some things wrong 1:colombopro.com have no privacy policy and not enough content when user will come on your site then user do some impressions and click on Google its may consider some thing going on against adsense policy 2:crackzsl.blogspot.com if u had display your Google ads there then they dont take your application seriously because cracks and warez are not allow in adsense policy i think these were problems your adsense account
chandan you can't apply again it states this in the TOC's. Also they ban the site as well as your account so you can't simply go and put a new adsense account on the site - if you did get a new account you would have to build a new site on a new web address. With regards to the privacy policy I have post a sample one on this forum before if you need one just search my posts or send me a PM and I'll mail it to you. For note Google now uses students as "Human Reviewers" - they get paid to surf the net and check out adsense. Worst example I came across was a site on how to make crystal meth running adsense - how dumb were they? Regards, Dickie
to apply for reconsideration. the op applied once already sites wont be banned because they always changes hands
We always are weak before google!! It is strong enough to do anything on the web in the name of benefit the customer! Fuck!!!!
The problem here is They first said that My account disabled due to Policy Violation and also clearly said that I entitled to any outstanding payments which my account balance to date was $195. When I asking about my earnings they did not respond to me. Where my earnings gone ? This is the 5th time my adsense accounts banned. I'll never apply for adsense. before sending payments they check their disabled account database and disabled web sites. If they suspicious that the user previously banned they simply again disable the account without giving reasons.
then forget using adsense and move on, stop crying. If you got banned 5 times, it usually means its not meant for you
Amazingly I received the check for Adsense balance. It issued on 24 November, quite long time after the disable of account. But not sure whether it is valid. Anyway I'm going to deposit it on my bank acc.
Guys, does adsense always ban people at 1 shot without warnings? cos I am really new in adsense and reading this got me worried : (
