    LOL, that's a pretty good point...I've seen a lot of posts around here that have made me go "huh?" and if that is Google receives as a question, I can see it being ignored, or responded to with a general all-encompassing response since they can't interpret enough of the query to get specific.

    I have no local number for them. I live in the hills. That number was attached to an email I received from them. I copied the text straight from our correspondence. (not their biz one, the second one 800#)

    I have to say that google adsense team followed up my emails with right answers. Maybe because I kept asking them things that were easy to find in the help sections but I have had no answers that make me email them back to explain what I mean again.
