I am trying to contact adsense support team about my adsense account since monday but not getting any reply. I have sent e-mail two times from 2 ids (one my adsense id and another e-mail address) Anyone facing this problem?
It takes few days to get a reply from them ......... so wait for few more days before shooting another email!!!
i always get reply within 24 hours but now 72 hours has been passed still no reply ( and i was sending msg from my adsense id for a quicker reply)
Recently I've not been getting prompt replies from Google AdSense Support. Even the subsequent emails have been left unanswered. I believe they should not take more than a week to reply even if they find the query little difficult to answer (I really doubt if they can get any such query). They should keep the sender updated periodically in such a case. Previously I used to get an auto-reply having the links to forums and other resources. But many of the queries are unanswered even there. The last email to them didn't attract even the auto-reply Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks, Geek http://geekexplains.blogspot.com
